submitted by Bonnie B. - |Recommended: YesThe facility makes us use a delivery service called Fetch and charges us 25 month for this inconvenience. You are required to have your packages delivered to Fetch. You then go online and pick a delivery window. You used to be able to go to the lobby and get your packages there. F You can’t call Fetch, only email, and they are late in responding and unhelpful. Beyond the one totally misdelivered package, I got a new puppy Sunday and the crate was to arrive Sunday. Fetch said it was oversized and required a signature unlike other packages so delivery was very limited. It was raining when delivery was to occur and Fetch said it attempted to delivery Sunday but that is a lie as 5 of us were sitting in the livingroom feet from the front door. All you can do that evening is email Fetch, which doesn’t respond until the next afternoon and then does nothing. Allegedly package coming 2 days late. Why can’t building charge 10 month and have its employees handle with a raise
submitted by Sarah B. - |Recommended: NoDisappointed — We just moved in and so far we are really disappointed with our experience. We were promised parking on the day we moved in, and there was none available. Our apartment wasn’t “finished” on the day we moved in, so we had maintenance staff in and out fixing things all day- and it still wasn’t finished that day So many of our kitchen cabinets are broken as well. Our bathtub apparently wasn’t done so we had to wait a week for incredibly rude maintenance staff to come in, not finish the job, and leave a huge leftover mess in the bathroom.

submitted by Rossette G. - |Recommended: YesIt is okay but had a lot of opportunities — Si far I am enjoying living here, nevertheless there are tons of opportunities of improvement. Even the staff does a great job cleaning the on floor. It would be great to have a more recurrent cleaning in the rest of the floors. The hallway carpet is disgusting. Also it is urgent to have the maintenance in the hallways that was mention a few months ago, the number in my door was taken and looks horrible.

It seems our apartment is right below a construction zone or the maintenance shop. We hear drilling throughout the day starting at 7am sometimes. We also submitted a maintenance firm that hasn’t been done, it has only been a month, but it would be nice to get a few things fixed.

Super close by to a Target and WholeFoods I have no complaints at all. The staff is phenomenal - Michelle the property manager has been in touch with me since the day I moved in and has always been extremely responsive to any questions I've had. The amenities are incredible, the front desk staff and maintenance staff Rob, Keith, Kevin are always extremely helpful. Would recommend this to anyone in heartbeat.

submitted by Isaac S. - |Recommended: YesFantastic Move-In Experience — I recently moved into the community and had an excellent experience interacting with Michelle and Jailyn on the leasing team. The maintenance staff, Robert, Keith, and Kevin were also extremely helpful and quick to fix the few things that needed attention in my apartment. The front desk staff was also accommodating and helpful as I had large items delivered over the last couple days. My thanks to the entire NorthXNorthwest team. My move from Indianapolis could have been a lot tougher had I not be received so kindly and by such a helpful group of people.

submitted by Sherri - |Recommended: NoI have definitely recommended this place in the past to people looking for apartments on nextdoor and a local neighborhood FB groups. I would not recommend this place anymore however because of their unreasonable rental increase. Our rental increase we just received for our lease renewal was a whooping 217.00 a month more a month plus an additional mandatory 12.00 a month for their liability insurance. We already have insurance that meets their requirements and even received an email confirming that through their 3rd party POPIC partner. That doesn’t matter however because they still require their 12.00 liability insurance thorough their preferred insurance company. In all the years I’ve rented, I have never seen such a steep increase and have never been forced to get rental insurance through the management companies preferred vendor rather than one of my choosing.
